Use the Wide Blade for hard cheeses like parmesan and manchego. The Narrow blade is used for semi-hard cheeses like Cheddar and gruyere,. The Pointed Knife is best for semi-soft/soft cheese like chevre, camembert and blue. The Fork assists in serving slices of cut cheese or chunks of crumbled cheese.
Hand wash with warm water and mild soap. Wipe dry. Soaking is not recommended.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Periodically rub food-grade mineral oil over the handles to preserve.
